Adir Funding helps small businesses explore financing options and connects applicants with funding partners and lenders. Adir Funding is not a lender unless expressly stated. Submitting an application does not guarantee approval, and all financing is subject to underwriting review and approval by the applicable funding partner. Amounts, rates, terms, and timing vary by product and business profile, and not all applicants will qualify.

2. Eligibility and accurate information

You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to act for the business you apply for. You agree that the information and documents you provide are true, accurate, and complete, and that you will update them if they change.

3. Business purpose

Our services are for business-purpose financing only, not for personal, family, or household purposes.

4. Electronic communications and signatures

You consent to receive communications from us electronically and agree that electronic signatures you provide through our website have the same effect as handwritten signatures.

5. SMS Terms (Adir Funding Alerts)

• Program name: Adir Funding Alerts.
• Program description: if you opt in, Adir Funding will send text messages about your funding request, including application follow-ups, document requests, and status updates.
• Opt-in: consent is given by checking the optional text-message box on our application. Consent is not required to apply or to obtain any product.
• Message frequency varies.
• Msg & data rates may apply.
• Opt out: reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will receive one confirmation message, and no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.
• Help: reply HELP for help, or contact support at david@adirfunding.com.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: see our Privacy Policy. No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, submit false or fraudulent information, interfere with its operation, or attempt to access data you are not authorized to access.
